Sealed Bid Proposals From Experienced and Qualified Contractors for Remodel and Demo of Two (2) Buildings. Beginning With the Building at 120 W. Main St., Texhoma, Ok 73949 to Be Used for Offices for the Town of Texhoma and the Texhoma Public Works Authority. Plus the Building Adjacent North of the Building at 120 West Main Street. This Will Be a Demo Consisting of Removal of All Debris, Install New Doors and Install a New Roof. Bid Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by: a Bid Bond From an Oklahoma Licensed Insurance Company, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid.a Business Relationship Affidavit. A Non-collusion Affidavit in Compliance With 74 O.s. 85.22. Bids Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Marked Building Remodel/demo for Offices of the Town of Texhoma and the Texhoma Public Works Authority on the Outside of the Envelope. The Contract Will Be Executed Within Sixty (60) Days After the Award of the Bid.
