Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Kennedale, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
This project is an approximately 7,900 sq. ft alteration of an Old Gym "Cheer Gym" into a Central Warehouse for Kennedale ISD. The Central Warehouse jobsite is located at 120 W Kennedale Pkwy, Kennedale, TX 76060 in the area of building labeled "CHEER GYM" as shown on Contract Documents prepared by Reliance Architecture. The New Central Warehouse will have repairs and painting of an exterior facade of masonry, and includes, existing site modifications of drives and new parking in association with Delaney Elementary and Administration Building, as shown in construction documents. The Work consists of Demolition, Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Technology as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
