The scope of this section of the Contract Documents is to further define the items included in each Bid Item in the Bid Form section of these specifications. All other questions, to include specifications or technical information, please contact Jesse Godwin (334) 615-3215 The Project consists of the construction of approximately 5,700 feet of cured in place pipe sewer rehabilitation, rehabilitation of ap proximately 290 vertical feet of manholes utilizing lining; rehabilitation of approximately 216 sanitary sewer service laterals utilizing lining, approximately 26 point-repairs and approximately 4,960 feet of gravity sewer will be replaced by open cutting with diameters ranging from 8 - 16 inches. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Each bidder shall comply with all applicable State and Local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulation of firms doing business in the State of Alabama. This Project is funded by a Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan and an American Rescue Plan Act Grant from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
