Supplier shall inspect the system to determine the severity of the dust, debris, and potential microbial build up. Professional cleaning requires high-powered vacuums, duct brushes, and other top-tier equipment to clean the entire length of the HVAC ducts. Areas to be Cleaned: a) Miller Hall HVAC ducting a. Bldg. 17-0466 b) McVoy Hall HVAC ducting a. Bldg. 17-0460 To perform maintenance consisting of clearing dust, debris, and possible microbial buildup from the heating and air conditioning ducts, and it can improve air quality throughout the facility. Insurance Requirements Please note attached insurance requirements. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a certificate of insurance evidencing required coverages and naming the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College as an additional insured on all liability policies. Work must be completed by August 1, 2024, in order not to disturb the students when they return to campus. Any questions that arise must be directed to Erica Pino at epino2@lsu.edu.
