Factors Included in the Evaluation of Proposals Shall Include, but Are Not Limited to: 1. Experience. 2. Ability, Capacity, Skill and Organization of the Respondent. 3. Financial Stability and Credit History. 4. Quality of Proposal and Presentation Materials. 5. The Character, Integrity, Reputation, Judgment, Experience, Location and Efficiency of the Respondent. 7. The Quality, Availability and the Adaptability of the Supplies, or Contractual Services to the Particular Use Required. 8. The Ability of the Offerer to Provide Future Maintenance and Services for the Use of the Subject of the Contract. 9. The Number and Scope of the Conditions Attached to Proposal. 10. General Impression From Oral Presentation (if Interviews Are Conducted). 11. Knowledge and Previous Experience With Similar Contracts and Conditions. The Providers Response Time, Equipment, Experience, Personnel, Location, and Other Variables Such as Safety Records and Past Performance Will Be Considered in Examining Proposals. The District Reserves the Right to Choose an Applicant Based Upon Factors Other Than Price as This Process is Not Necessarily Designed to Obtain a Low Bid Provider. the Irving Flood Control District Section I Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Proposal or Any Part Thereof or Any Combination of Proposals and to Waive Any or All Formalities.
