Renovation of a water / sewer project in Midland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town is calling for the complete Bid submissions from qualified Contractors to supply and deliver as detailed herein; Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the following: .1 Demolition and disposal of the existing mechanical aerators and aeration tank sluice gates. .2 Supply and install of new aeration blowers and associated piping and appurtenances within the Sludge Building. .3 Supply and install new fine bubble diffusers and associated piping and appurtenances at each aeration cell. .4 Supply and install new RAS piping and valves within the aeration tank. .5 Supply and install new aeration tank sluice gates and weir gates. .6 Modifications to aeration tank channel walls, platforms and guardrails. .7 Structural repairs to aeration tank expansion joints and concrete cells. .8 Supply and install new access ladders and davits. .9 Coordinate, commission, operate and maintain a temporary bypass pumping system for the duration of the project.
