This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks to identify qualified one company for the project. Interested parties should submit a quote to a two-story structure, built around 1920 and has been unoccupied since May 2018 demolition located within the Forty Oaks Nature Preserve at 3790 Market Street | Clarkston, GA | 30021. The structure shall be demolished in accordance with the Southern Building Code Appendix D, pages 717-718, and these specifications.
