Blanket Order for Plumbing Parts and Supplies as needed by NTSH Vernon Campus The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers IFBs for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract for HVAC and plumbing parts and supplies, which will result in a Blanket PO (Purchase Order) for the Facilities Maintenance Department. Quantities may be increased or decreased upon need during the term of the PO. Orders will be placed as needed by Agency point of contact on an "on call, as needed" basis throughout the fiscal year. Manufacturing item numbers are used for Reference Only. Bidder must bid at minimum 100% of the specified items or bid may be disqualified. Both HHS Agencies, HHSC and DSHS, will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this IFB.
