The work of constructing Wastewater Lagoon Upgrades, will be let under one Contract, the principal items of work are detailed herein below. 1. Lagoon Aeration 2. Lagoon Baffle Curtains 3. UV Installation 4. Demolition The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time of 365 Consecutive Calendar Days and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if the Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages. Question Deadline 07/06/2024 Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. ***Document Notes: No refunds will be made except to Prime Contractor Bidders, which shall be refunded for one bid set
