Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,040-square-foot, four-story above grade municipal facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of twelve restrooms plus bid alternates for four restrooms at the Dobbs Building located at 430 N Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades. The bidder shall include with the bid proposal the form Identification of Minority Business Participation identifying the minority business participation it will use on the project and shall include either Affidavit A or Affidavit B as applicable. Forms and instructions are included within the Proposal Form in the bid documents. Failure to complete these forms is grounds for rejection of the bid. ***Document Notes: Electronic files (in PDF format) of the bid documents will be provided to bidders free of charge. Please contact RND Architects, PA (Rhonda Zack; Rhonda@RNDpa.com; 919-943-0415) to request instructions to download the electronic files QUESTION DEADLINE: To ensure a fair bidding process, questions and/or clarifications requested by any general contractor shall be received prior to Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., this deadline will allow for a complete response, and meet the 4 day prior to bid rule for Addenda to be issued.
