Renovation of a fire / police facility in Blanch, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. Location: 981 Murray Rd. Blanch, NC 27212 No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the Form of Proposal provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. Form of Proposals with scope clarification letters attached will be automatically disqualified. These forms provided herein are hereby incorporated and made a part of this contract. A bidder's failing to comply with this requirement will be considered non-responsive and will result in bid rejection ****Bid Date notes: It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to deliver their sealed bid to the proper location and at the appointed place and time for the bid opening. Late delivery for any reason, including late delivery by the US Postal Service or other delivery services, shall disqualify the bid.
