Term contract for mowing, string trimming, edging of designated walkways, and trash/litter collection for various properties per the attached specifications which are an integral part of this quote This is a three year contract subject to annual renewal provided vendor and City are in agreement and all terms, conditions and prices remain the same. The City reserves the right to requote at the end of any one year contract. This contract may be awarded as a whole or by individual properties, whichever is in the best interest of the City as determined by the City. Submit the following with your quote: A list of equipment owned and available for this contract, an employee list, a list of references, completed insurance checklist, general contract form and pricing sheets.
