Consists of the demolition of 5 residential structures in Dravosburg Borough, asbestos removal and abatement as required, backfill, grading, and seeding of lot, and all related work complete and in full compliance with all Federal, State, County, and Local laws and regulations, and the Contract Documents. 2022-BRP-029 Blight Removal, WhitakerBorough. Consists of the demolition of 3 residential structures in Whitaker Borough, asbestos removal and abatement as required, backfill, grading, and seeding of lot, and all related work complete and in full compliance with all Federal, State, County, and Local laws and regulations, and the Contract Documents. Each project proposal shall be delivered to SRCOGs office in a separate sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to Steel Rivers COG and marked with the Project Name. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of The Steel Rivers Council of Governments and in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will immediately enter into Agreement after the Notice of Award of the Contract and commence start of contracted work immediately thereafter.
