The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a New Jersey Statutory Form of Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. Each Bidder will be required to furnish additional evidence of performance security with each bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A-64A-25.17 and compliance with N.J.S.A. 18A-64A-25.25.
