Renovation of a mixed-use development in Culver City, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
This CIP would make major improvements the elevator cabins at City Hall and Culver City Police Department. Currently both elevators are operating with parts that may not be available or replicable if the elevators fail due to mechanical/electrical part failure. the estimated cost for these upgrades for both elevators are about $450,000 The project is included in the City of Culver City's FY 2025 -2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 8, 2025, this project is still in the conceptual phase. A timeline for design and construction has not yet been established, but funding is being requested for FY 2025/2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
