Environmental Lab chambers, HVAC {chilled water cooling), Electrical (Load and Surge Protection), Structural/Weight Load. (Exclusively lab space 5-6 Workbench style stations. Enviro chambers are used for testing - electrical connections only, no ventilation). Enlarge entrance door. Review/relocation of HVAC Review fire sprinklers New/relocation electrical plugs, Lighting, DSR Flooring.
