Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Saint-Sauveur, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 22,165-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction of a new Head Office for Les Pays-d'en-Haut Regional County Municipality. The scope of work includes the construction of a new building that will house the offices of all owner's services and units, rooms for meetings and services equipment rooms. TIMELINE: Working drawings are almost finalized. The owner is studying the negative position expressed by the Saint-Sauveur City Council regarding the proposed construction of this project. The new requirements raised must be assessed to determine their impact on the project feasibility. The owner is also evaluating the best options for protecting committed public funds and preserving the project associated grant. Timelines of further project development are not finalized pending the owner's decision to proceed. Further update in summer/fall 2026. Noe. The firm Forage Métropolitain was invited for the drilling prospections of the site soil following the agreement 2025-07-KS /20105432.
