This is an "Invitation for Bids" Project Title: Replace Roof Building 20360 at Fort Bliss Texas. A bid guarantee is required (see clause at FAR 52.228-1). The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The awardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times while work is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must work directly for the prime contractor. ALL work shall be performed simultaneously.
