Loysville Village Municipal Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades Questions Due Date: Oct 16th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Questions received less than seven fourteen (14) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes the following Work: Contract No. 2023-01 - General/Process Mechanical Contract 2023-01: $7,400,000 - $8,300,000 This Contract is expected to be funded in part with funds provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service (RUS). For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each Bidder is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
