Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Imperial, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Sunset Park Playground Shade Project scope of work is as follows The furnishing and installation of two (2) Hip Fabric roof and Steel frame Structure with 12 entry height and 18 high concrete bollards at 4500 PSI around the base of each column. All above ground hardware including bolts, clamps and cables must be stainless steel. The scope shall include the engineering drawings, fabric roof, steel cables, all fasteners, furnishing, installation and erection of structure(s), including foundations. Please see attachments B and C specifications and drawing Questions concerning the proposal should be directed to Anthony "Tony" Lopez, Parks and Recreation Director, at (760) 355-3134 or via email: alopez@imperial.ca.gov. Questions should be received no later than 3:00 P.M on Friday, July 5, 2024. Clarification desired by a proposer shall be requested in writing with sufficient time to allow for a response prior to the date RFPs are due. Oral explanation or instructions shall not be considered binding on behalf of the City. Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee consisting of a certified check or bid bond payable to the city in the amount of 10% of the total bid.
