The Contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction of a postal facility for the Postal Service, including all incidental work described in the contract documents. B. The scope of work is attached to the Contract and as described below: 1. Contractor shall remove existing selected access control devices, controllers and power supplies, as indicated in the contract drawings. 2. Contractor shall provide and install new high-speed doors and overhead coiling doors as indicated in the contract drawings. 3. Contractor shall provide and install new employee parking pedestrian gates including, but not limited to, concrete sidewalk, retaining walls, concrete curbs, handrails, fencing, full height turnstiles, and ABA swing gate. 4. Contractor shall reconfigure existing Truck Gate 1 including, but not limited to, fence, gates, guard shack, steel bollards and pedestals demo, removal and disposal; concrete and/or asphalt paving replacement as required; new chain link fencing; new sliding and bifold gates; new gate operators; new striping and pavement markings; new steel pedestals and bollards, new concrete islands; new aluminum poles and associated concrete bases; new pre-fabricated guard shack with HVAC unit and associated power supply. 5. Contractor shall expand existing EPACS system including, but not limited to, access control units, card readers, reader interfaces, electric strikes, magnetic locks, door contacts, door alarms, request for exit devices, and network ports. 6. Contractor shall provide and install electrical power transfer devices, electrical hinges and any other items as required to provide power to rex (push bars), electric strikes, and/or electric latches, typical. 7. Contractor shall remove existing, analog -legacy CCTV systems and existing ISIP head end, and shall provide a new ISIP CCTV system including, but not limited to, raceway, cameras, poles and camera mounting devices, wiring, nodes, head end, cabinets, and monitors. Contractor shall adjust, relabel and tie in existing cameras to new head end. 8. Contractor shall provide and install new intercom system including, but not limited to, network switches, master intercoms, intercom door stations, power supplies, raceway and wiring. 9. Contractor shall provide and install new conduit and wiring as indicated. Contractor may reuse existing wiring conduit where found in acceptable conditions. Contractor shall perform concrete and/or asphalt paving demo and replacement as required and shall match existing materials, finish and grade. C. All work shall be in accordance with applicable codes and local regulations that may apply.
