Description/Summary The County of Minburn No. 27 is accepting Proposals from qualified firms to provide a detailed survey plan for four municipally owned cemeteries situated in the County of Minburn. The County of Minburn owns four (4) municipal cemetery sites within its municipal boundaries. The County currently operates the Lavoy Cemetery with Ranfurly, Innisfree and Minburn being operated by local community non-profit groups. Each cemetery has varying degrees of historical survey data and pin/marker locations, and each site has its own methodology regarding the numbering of plots and the associated sales thereof. Existing cemetery survey plans, plot maps, aerial views of each location and site related notes have been included in this Request for Proposal to guide Respondents. Plot maps with names attached will be provided to the successful Proponent to ensure proper referencing. The County has determined that the survey plan and marker location approach at the Ranfurly Cemetery is the acceptable standard and is to be used as the baseline to bring the remaining three cemeteries up to a similar standard so as to facilitate the identification of vacant and/or unsold plots for future burials/interments and the transition of the data into an electronic format that will be used in the County's GIS system.
