The scope of the Work generally includes the provision of skilled heating, ventilation, air conditioner and plumbing workers, including all supervision, tools, equipment, and incidental materials to perform all required heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing Work for coal-fired boilers, turbines, generators, auxiliary equipment, pulverizers, coal handling equipment, ICCS (Integrated Carbon Capture & Storage), and CCTF (Carbon Capture Test Facility) at Boundary Dam and Shand Power Stations located in Estevan, SK The HVAC / Plumbing Contractor shall clearly define and discuss details of any electrical or electronic Work required to be done, internally or externally on each piece of equipment, with the Contract Administrator and receive a definitive yes or no to proceed with such Work so as to eliminate any Site jurisdictional issues. The Work required at each Site includes, but not limited to: a) Heating; b) Ventilation; c) air conditioning and plumbing maintenance; d) installation works, along with all associated structural, sheet metal, electrical, electronic or other component removal and replacement as may be necessary for the associated buildings and equipment areas; a)spring start-up of air conditioner systems, shut down of heating systems, b)fall shut-down of air conditioner systems, start-up of heating systems, c)planned preventive maintenance inspections for air conditioner and heating systems, d)scheduled repairs and maintenance for air conditioner and heating systems, e)emergency repairs for air conditioner and heating systems, and f)inspection and evaluation of maintenance required for each piece of equipment. Inspection reports for each piece of equipment are to be completed following each inspection.
