Miscellaneous HVAC Systems Services at Various Facilities Question Deadline 06/13/2024 at 4:30 PM ET All questions must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in writing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than 4:30 PM end of business day, eight (8) business days prior to deadline for bid submission date as stated above. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price not to exceed $20,000, Bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed performance, and labor and material payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract and for the required labor and materials of this contract. the contractor shall submit a maintenance bond ) in an amount not to exceed 100% of the project costs guaranteeing. The entire work of the Project shall be completed in 730 Calendar Days after a Notice to Proceed, or within a given duration as specified in the technical section herein. It is the intent of the County to enter into an agreement, as an open ended contract, to perform authorized Miscellaneous HVAC Systems Services at various Essex County Facilities, by a Contractor who can demonstrate that he/she has the qualifications and experience to perform such work.
