The project includes HMA hand patching, thin asphalt overlay, ADA sidewalk ramp improvements, traffic control, pavement markings, turf restoration, and all related work on Emmons St from N Lake Street to M-37, Casey Court from W Main Street to the dead end, S Maple Street from Kinsey Street to E Main Street, and Duncan Lake Avenue from Johnson Street to 100 th Street. The project also includes finishing the existing sidewalk on S Rodger Court by extending it approximately 30'. Approximate limits of HMA hand patching and ADA sidewalk improvements have been delineated with pink marking paint for bidder's review and will be finalized prior to saw cutting. Document Notes: The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. The Village of Caledonia reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Caledonia. Question Deadline 06/25/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
