Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/20 10:00:00 AM NDT Demolition .1 Removal of the following materials, but not limited to, Mast, Conductors, Meter Base, conduit, disconnect switch, panel, remaining switches and receptacles in lower level, and damaged conductors inside as listed below: Q 3 conductors at dining rm light including switch leg, power to adjacent light at foot of stairs, power to exterior light (including octagon box) Pictures #3,4,5 &6. 2 conductors from adjacent receptacles to damaged receptacle in dining room, picture #9 1 conductor from heater in living room to damaged/missing heater in dining room, picture #10 New Work .1 Install complete new 400amp electrical service c/w 2 position meter base, single mast, and conductors. This service provides power to units-24 and 26 Woodcrest Ave, so two repair permits will be required. ALL OTHER WORK PERTAINS TO UNIT 26 ONLY. Pictures # 1 and 2. 2 Install new conduit and conductors, disconnect switch, and 200-amp panel c/w with breakers. Pictures #7,8,11 & 19. 3Install new conductors and octagon box for light in dining area, as well as conductors and receptacle box for receptacle in dining room area, and install new conductor from heater in living room to heater in dining area (as demo'ed above). 4Install 2 new baseboard heaters, one in dining room and one living room area, sized based on code requirements and best practices based on room size. .5Install new switches (x7) regular receptacles (x9), new oven receptacle, and new thermostat for living/dining area, all on the lower level (as demo'ed above). .6Install temporary lamp holders on all ceiling octagon boxes, install a new exterior light at rear (313218BK by Galaxy or equal) and cover horizontal wires in stud bays with temporary covering until drywall can be added. .7Install and interconnect new smoke detectors, one on each level and one in each bedroom (2 level, 3-bedroom unit). Note that a circuit already exists from lower level to upper level hallway, but bedrooms are not tied in. Replace razor outlet in the upstairs bathroom with a GFI receptacle, and complete any other required upgrades to bring the unit to current code requirements. Tenants at unit 24 must be advised at least 24 hours in advance of any disruption in service and electrical to that unit must be fully operational at the end of each work day.
