The bid package(s) for this scope of work will include Demolition, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, Signage, FFE, ACT, Painting, Fire Protection, Fire Sprinkler, Drywall, Metals, Roofing, Doors and Windows, Concrete work, Security (Low voltage , AV ) etc., Broward College encourages SDSB/Minority Business participation. LEGO Construction Co encourages all M/WBE Subcontractors to get pre-qualified to bid this project. Please note that ALL Subcontractors MUST be pre-qualified with LEGO Construction Co prior to the Bid Date.
