Renovation of a municipal facility in Tonawanda, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of removal and replacement of the Side Entrance concrete slab floor with associated steel framing and ductwork that is located on the ceiling of the Gun Range, located directly below the Side Entrance. The ductwork sealant contains asbestos and is required to be abated. The paint on the steel beam involved in the project contains lead and will require the contractor to follow lead standards when removing the paint. Existing side door and frame to be removed and replaced with new door that contains bullet resistance glass. New recessed floor mat to be installed at Side Entrance with drain within concrete slab. Plumbing from new floor mat drain to be tied into existing sanitary pipe. Removal and reinstallation of Gun range target system shall be coordinated with target system representative. 2. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $150,000.00
