Reference number : 20000245 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-06-25 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 24 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 60 The Municipality of Bolton-Ouest wishes to receive offers of services for snow removal and winter maintenance of 45.5 kilometers of public roads. This call for tenders covers sector 1 (North section) of West Bolton. The contract begins in fall 2024 and ends at the end of spring 2026, i.e. two (2) winter seasons. When the initial contract expires (end of spring 2026), the Municipality reserves the right to exercise or not one of the renewal options. Consequently, the contract may be extended for a maximum of three (3) additional periods of one winter season each. Bidders are informed that the Municipality does not undertake to exercise the renewal options and that it reserves complete discretion with regard to the option that can be exercised at the end of the initial period, as well as at the end of each additional period. Only individuals, companies and companies having their principal place of business in Quebec and who have obtained the tender documents through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) are eligible to bid. Submissions must be submitted on the attached forms and include one (1) original and one (1) copy, as well as any other documents required herein. The award of the contract should, without prejudice, take place during the regular meeting of the municipal council on July 15, 2024. The Municipality of Bolton-Ouest does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and does not incurs no obligation or cost to the bidder(s).
