Reference Number 0000272085 Elevator Maintenance & Service at various Schools Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. The contractor shall provide and pay for an approved company performance bond in the amount of the fifty percent (50%) of the contract price within seven (7) days after being called upon to do so by the Owner. It shall be the contractors' responsibility to provide his bonding company with a copy of the Owner's bid form to ensure the bonding requirements as set forth therein are complied with. This bond shall be signed and sealed by both the bidders duly authorized officers and the bonding company's duly authorized officer. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
