Construction of (briefly describe nature, scope, and major elements of the work): Approximately 6,900 LF 10" PVC CL 200 Force Main, 80 LF 16" Steel Casing (Bore), 60 LF 16" Steel Casing (Open Cut), Air/Vacuum Valve and Related Items , CW ARPA Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded by a loan from the State Revolving Fund from the Alabama Water Pollution Control Authority, administered by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. Neither the State of Alabama, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the laws of the State of Alabama and as applicable. Document Note: All non-bidders, subcontractors, vendors or dealers shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit for each set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
