West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science is a tuition-free public school serving children in grade pre-K through 12th grade located at 4463 Leonard NW, Walker, MI 49544 Bid Bond: Attachment C, bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided, a cashier's check, certified check or money order, drawn to the order of West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the bid form and proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science for the performance of the services stipulated in the bid. A scan of the bond and check is acceptable for electronic submissions. Performance Bond: Within fourteen (14) days after date of issuance of written notice of selection for the award of contract, which shall be considered as notice to proceed, the successful bidder shall enter into a contract with West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science and shall execute and file with West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science, the following in the amount 100% equal to full contract sum. i. Performance Bond must insure the faithful performance of all provisions of the contract and satisfactory completion of the specified work, within the time agreed upon. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
