Plainview Parking Lot Repair South Plains College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any, and all formalities. South Plains College wishes to contract with a qualified contractor to repair a parking lot as specified in this proposal document. The proposal will be a lump sum price for all services as specified. The desired completion is between December 14, 2024 and January 1, 2025. The contractor will be responsible for verifying all measurements of needed materials, identifying all necessary preparation work and hazards before bidding.
