Shelby County Government has issued Sealed Bid State-Aid Asphalt Paving Project. The CONTRACTOR shall provide the services as outlined within the County’s Sealed Bid Number SB-I000885 FY 2025 State – Aid Paving Project and CONTRACTOR’S response thereto which are attached hereto as Exhibits “A” and incorporated herein by reference as if stated verbatim (the “Services”) The term of this Contract (the “Term”) will commence upon execution of this Contract and continue for 120 days or until project completion, but in no event shall this Contract extend beyond ninety days after completion and acceptance of the construction. All questions regarding the detailed requirements and specifications or general bidding procedures should be submitted in writing to Da’Una Hamilton, Shelby County Purchasing Department at dauna.hamilton@shelbycountytn.gov
