Frese Residential Stepdown Center Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR). The project is a 20,000 s.f., single story, new construction for a Residential Mental Health Step Down Center for County of Summit ADM Board. Construction is anticipated to begin September 2024. Firms must register with Karen Dyer kdyer@gstephensinc.com to submit a response and receive a full package with select drawings and required forms. Project Location: 1856 Sagamore Rd, Sagamore Hills, Summit County, Ohio 44067. Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Karen Dyer at kdyer@gstephensinc.com with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Refer to schedule below for timeline requirements. All questions will be answered and distributed to all firms who have registered with an intent to submit one week prior to response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document
