This work consists of repair and rehabilitation of historic adobe building designated as Building 17, located at 901 N Rio Vista Road, Socorro, TX 79927. Included are items required for repair and rehabilitation as shown in construction documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the City of Socorro as oblige and duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price (including base bid(s), option(s) and alternate(s) The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity in stating the price in the bid, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof or to reject any bids.
