Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Eagle, Idaho is requesting for the construction of the Mace Parking Lot located on the west side of South Eagle Road (Highway 55) near the south bank of the north channel of the Boise River. The project includes construction of a paved parking lot, connection to the existing City pathway, modifying the access to Highway 55, and associated improvements. When awarded a contract, the successful bidder shall promptly execute the contract and shall furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. The project awarded shall be substantially complete within 60 days after the Notice to Proceed. No pre-bid conference for the Project will be held.
