Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Logan, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Owner's estimated total budget for the Project and estimated Cost of the Work (construction) will be released in the RFP phase of the selection process. The approximate cost of work is expected to be twenty-seven million ($27,000,000). Excludes CM bonding, CM fees, CM insurance, and design, escalation, and construction contingencies. Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services ("rfq") Hocking Valley Community Hospital is Soliciting Requests for Qualifications for Firms to Provide Construction Management at Risk Services for an Addition and Renovation Project at the Existing Hospital in Logan, Oh (601 Sr 664n). All questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed in writing via email to Stacey Gabriel at sgabriel@hvch.org and Joe Schmauch jschmauch@nacarchitecture.com by 5pm June 14th.
