Work under covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the construction of an emergency generator pad, fuel fill system and restoration at the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi Water Treatment Plant. The project is located in Charleroi Borough, Washington County, PA. The work under consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. All site work and yard piping installation required to accommodate the proposed improvements. 2. All equipment installation required to facilitate the operation of the proposed improvements. 3. All temporary construction measures required to facilitate the construction and operation of the proposed improvements. 4. All temporary pumps, pipes, etc., required to maintain piped process and utility systems required to maintain operation of the WTP 5. The installation of all required special foundations for all proposed structures. 6. Construction of a new concrete pad structure for an emergency generator (furnished by others), complete with a fuel fill pipe system, pipe supports, stairs and handrails. 7. Installation of new emergency generator (furnished by others). 8. Duct bank and trench excavation, backfill, concrete encasement and rebar for electrical conduit installation (by others). 9. The installation of an electrical manhole. 10. Installation of concrete light pole bases. 11. Installation of site fencing, gates, and gate operators. 12. All electrical work to be performed by others and is not included. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the OWNERS's Electrical Contractor.
