As of March 03, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital requires the removal and disposal of obsolete interior and exterior wayfinding signage across its main campus and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. The project includes replacing existing signage and installing new signage in accordance with the VA Signage Design Manual and project specifications and drawings. Any deviation from specified locations must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). All work must comply with the Department of Veterans Affairs Master Specifications and applicable regulations. The period of performance is 450 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, which will be issued approximately 14 days after contract award upon submission of required bonds and insurance. **Location:** Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, 5000 S. Fifth Avenue, Hines, IL 60141. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
