The Housing Authority of the City of Bridgeport, dba Park City Communities, is a public entity that was formed to provide federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families, within the City of Bridgeport, CT. The Agency is headed by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). SCOPE OF WORK/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The Agency is seeking bids from qualified and licensed entities (the Contractor must be a licensed lead abatement contractor) to provide the Agency with the following detailed services: Specific Scope of Work. The work shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the construction services as detailed within Attachment H attached hereto. Generally speaking, and as further detailed within the preceding-named Attachments, the work consists of: Lead abatement for multiple addresses within Scattered Sites In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, the Agency is now soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide the above noted services to the Agency.
