The City will make the sites open to contractors interested in bidding the project on Thursday, June 20th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. located at 9001 S 212th St, Kent Washington 98030. City staff will be present only to provide access to the site and building; not to answer questions or provide information. The project consists of installing filter media inside of pressure filter tank #2 located within Kents water treatment facility at 9001 S 212th St, Kent, Washington and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Engineers estimated range for this project is approximately $245,000 to $270,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A cashiers check, cash or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be included with the bid. The City of Kent reserves the right to reject any and all bids on any or all schedules or alternates or to waive any informalities in the bidding and shall determine which bid or bidders is the most responsive,
