Work includes but isn't limited to the installation of new walls and doors. New ceiling grid, lighting, and fire sprinkler adjustment. New flooring and finishes. New data conduit and termination. Replacement of existing receptacles for new white receptacles. The awarded firm will provide project management, supervision, scheduling, equipment, labor, materials, freight, taxes, and applicable permits for this project. The Contractor shall complete all work within 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This construction project is federally funded and requires compliance with all applicable FTA rules and regulations along with the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, and State of California Departments, including but not limited to the Department of Industrial Relations labor codes, rules, and regulations.
