The Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves, Galveston, Texas (the Port) is seeking qualifications (on the terms set out in this RFQ) from qualified firms. The submissions will enable the Port to enter into a contract for technical and professional services. The selected contractor will assist the Port of Galveston with construction materials engineering and testing. The Port's scope for this contract is to provide construction materials testing (CMT) and Construction Materials Engineering (CME) as required by the specifications for the following: construction of civil improvements (roadway, utilities, drainage, etc.), parking structures, marine structures and ground parking. Question Deadline 06/14/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted electronically. Bidder(s) may withdraw their bid, either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the scheduled time for bid opening. The Galveston Wharves may hold the bids for 60 days after the date set for the opening without making a decision and the bidder(s) may not withdraw their bid(s) within that time. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids, in whole or in part, and to accept the the bid or bids, in whole or in part, for any reason or to negotiate with any and all bidders and waive any informality in bids received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
