Project Location: South 5th Ave, Montana State University Campus, Bozeman, MT Project Description: Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: Earthwork, sitework, utilities, fencing, landscape and irrigation, concrete footings and foundations, concrete slab on grade, PEMB and metal wall and roof panels (already contracted), cabinets and casework, gutters and downspouts, aluminum windows, aluminum storefront, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, steel stud framing, insulation, gypsum board assemblies, interior finishes, mechanical systems, plumbing system, fire suppression system, electrical system, technology system and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project. The Project consists of the construction of Construction of a new trades' pre-engineered metal building, a new equipment garage and associated service yard improvements. Clarifications If a drawing legend indicates work under bid package 3, bid package 4, or work already completed (Drawing C2.1 for example) then that work has already been completed. The work out to bid is Bid Package #05. The procurement of the main disconnect (MDS) and main switchboard (MSWB), storage, and delivery to the project site is already contracted. The SWPPP has already been administered and the project documents include the SWPPP plan. Civil contractor to include SWPPP maintenance, BMP's, inspections, and street sweeping. All civil and site work to also fall under the Montana Public Works specification, City of Bozeman Extension. The PEMB supply and installation of buildings A & B have already been contracted through an RFP process earlier this year. The project duration will last past the Building Construction 2024 prevailing wage rates duration. If your scope will take place after 2024, you will need to account for increased future prevailing wage rates. The Marathon paint booth will be contracted directly by Martel Construction.
