Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Scottsdale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor will be responsible for repairing a damaged section of the Needle Rock parking area. The scope of repair encompasses damaged asphalt pavement, damaged concrete curbing, embankment failure, and undercutting of pavement. Additionally, the Contractor holds the responsibility of drafting a Technical Proposal in the form of a Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines their technical approach to implementing a permanent fix along with performance metrics, outcomes, and measures. This approach should include considerations for stormwater management while aligning with the objectives and criteria specified in this Statement of Objectives. Project Magnitude: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000. Period of Performance: 09/03/2024 - 12/06/2024 or 90 days after notice to proceed (NTP). Location: Needle Rock Recreation Area Parking Lot (NFSR 1896) located within the Mesa Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest (TNF). Map is attached. (3345'59.27"N, 11140'12.93"W).
