The proposed project, detailed in the construction plans and specifications, is generally described as: The Scope of Work shall consist of grading and drainage for the extension of Marshall Street. Paving of the new roadway is included as an additive alternate. An additive alternate to add a multi-use path on the north side of the new roadway alignment is also included. This project also consists of fence removal, new fence, geotextile reinforcement, striping and signage, and other minor incidentals. Owner.
