The location of the Bell Club House where the new roof is to be installed is available from the Town Clerk at the Bell Town Hall. Bidder is required to carry Liability Insurance in an amount no less than $1,000,000.00, and Worker's Compensation Coverage at State of Florida statutory minimum limits, naming the Town of Bell, Florida and the Bell Town Council as an additional insured prior to final award and commencement of the project. Proposals to purchase and install two outdoor signs and also a cloud-based community informational display system: A digital monument-style sign which should include a steel support structure, sign cabinet, full color, double sided, LED display - Dimensions for the LED sign shall be at least 4ft x 7ft and 10mm LED light display, although larger and higher resolution options would be welcomed to be included as options in the bids. Design and installation of the LED sign should consider at least 4 feet of perimeter landscaping which will later be installed around the sign, but landscaping expenses should not be included in the bid. Control software should be included in proposals preferably with mobile access also; and, An outdoor lighted sign in the shape of and to display in full color the shield public health logo and optionally to include lighted lettering of the name on the building with shield dimensions to be at least 5ft x 5ft and letters proportionally sized to the shield. Electrical service for both signs should be included. The LED sign will require approximately 75 feet of underground conduit to reach indoor electrical panels. The other shield sign will have electrical panel access within approximately 50 feet inside conduit. A cloud-based community display system / bulletin board in which a series of hosted smart TVs located throughout the community can be linked via internet connectivity (not to be included in the bid) and used to display video and static content. This system should include a cloud-based content management system in which third party informational and educational content can easily be curated, integrated, planned, and displayed with minimal maintenance. Responses should include a "per device" cost as well as a various software costs for setup and use of the cloud-based content management system. All proposals are encouraged to include a base proposal with various add-on features each priced separately for consideration. Martin County Health Department reserves the right to accept only parts of a proposal or reject all proposals for any reason.
