Project Description Some of the funding for these projects is from Federal sources. The County makes no guarantee regarding the ultimate value of the work to be performed. The following are Federal Aid projects with a project description and tasks which may be required for each project: Federal Funding Projects: Gordon Road Bridge No. 1506 Replacement; this project will replace the existing bridge. Potential tasks include: - Cultural Resource Survey & report - Monitoring and report CRP3329 - Bruce Road and Peone Road Roundabout; this project will construct a roundabout to replace the existing 4-way stop intersection. Potential tasks include: - Cultural Resource Survey & report - Monitoring and report - CRP3330 - Hastings Road and Graves Road Safety Projects; the Graves Road portion of this safety project will construct a pedestrian refuge island in Wall Street at Graves Road necessitating a road widening. Potential tasks include: - Cultural Resource Survey & report - Monitoring and report CRP3288 - Wellesley Avenue and Appleway Avenue Roundabout; this project will construct a roundabout to replace the existing 1-way stop intersection. Potential tasks include: - Cultural Resource Survey & reports - Monitoring and reports Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: Criteria Description 1) Experience Of The Contractor Demonstrated On Successful Cultural Resource Study Projects Including References 2) Qualifications, Certifications, And Geographic Location Of Personnel To Assigned To This Project 3) Ability And Commitment To Respond And Complete Tasks Within Established Schedules 4) Familiarity With Relevant Codes And Standards Spokane County reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these project(s).
