Sumter Landing Community Development Districts is requesting bids from qualified firms for the LSL Boat Launch Renovation Project. Any questions regarding this ITB, please email Crystal Ford-Bellamy at crystal.ford@district gov.org The following summary of work provides a general overview of the Scope of Work. The project consists of demo and disposal of the existing boat launch and the renovation of the boat launch per the Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Renovation Plan/Construction Detail and Site Plan. Dewatering of the project site during construction should be expected and is the responsibility of the Contractor. MANDATORY On-Site Pre-Bid Conference June 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM Lake Sumter Landing Boat Ramp located at 1119 Lake Shore Drive, The Villages, FL 32162 All questions received by 4:00 PM on June 28, 2024, will be considered. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Questions must be in writing and emailed to Crystal Ford-Bellamy at crystal.ford@districtgov.org
